CricInto (cricinto.com) is a cricket stats and live scores website. You don't need an account to use it, and we don't ask for your name, email address or any other personal details.
What we collect
- Page view counts. We count how many times each page is opened per day. Only the page address and the date are stored. No IP address, cookie or anything else that identifies you is kept.
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are popular and roughly where visitors come from. Google sets cookies and processes data such as your IP address, browser and device for this. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
- Server logs. Like any website, our hosting may briefly keep technical logs (such as IP addresses and errors) to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies
Visitors only get the Google Analytics cookies described above. The site's editors also get a login cookie for the admin area.
Our Facebook and X accounts
We use the Facebook and X (Twitter) APIs only to publish posts on CricInto's own Facebook Page and X account: match results, live updates, news and stats. We don't read, collect or store information about the people who follow, like, comment on or share those posts. What happens on those platforms is covered by Meta's privacy policy and X's privacy policy.
Sharing
We don't sell or share personal data. Apart from Google Analytics, no other company receives data about our visitors.
Your rights and data deletion
Because we don't hold personal data about visitors, there is usually nothing for us to delete. If you think we hold something about you, or want it removed, contact us and we'll reply within 30 days.
